Looooonnng time....

Obviously I haven't posted in FOREVER! I have thought about posting many times but just didn't have the energy and it takes soooo very long to upload pictures!
Anyway, I'm going to try to catch up on posting pictures.
The first picture I wanted to post is from way back in October. Trigger was a little over 13 months when he sat on the toilet for the first time. Every night we would get him undressed and get ready to put him in the bathtub and he would T.T. all over the floor. I got tired of cleaning it up so I started putting him on the toilet. I knew he could make himself T.T. because he had been teeing on me on purpose and laugh while I would change his diaper. Well, after two nights of just sitting there, he decided to T.T. in the toilet....at 13 MONTHS. During Christmas break, he starting pulling on his diaper when he would need to do #2...not every time but several...so I took him and he did #2 on the toilet...WOW...I was SHOCKED! I haven't had time to really pursue potty training him since I'm at school all day but I'm hoping this will mean that he will catch on quickly when I do have time!

Okay...now on to Christmas. This first set is at Mt. Mariah (Matt's parent's church). Trigger was quite in shock when Santa came to visit...and was NOT so happy when he went down to visit him! :)

Then, a few from December...the Santa outfit Trigger has on...I made the pants and appliqued the shirt. I LOVE IT! I also added a picture of our tree with the presents...I love a tree with presents! and a picture of Trigger working on his spoon skills...not going so well!

Okay...stopping here for tonight because that just took me an hour!!!
Tomorrow night I will try to post some more Christmas and maybe within a few days I can get us caught up!

StephMilton said...: just an FYI...I downloaded a "package" from windows live that has something called windows live writer and you can do pics for you blog MUCH faster and easier. You can do more than 5 at a time and they don't take hours to upload. You can open the folder on your computer and control click as many as you wan to put up and then press upload and they'll all upload at one time. PLUS you can change your fonts (more than just 2 choices).

The Woodards

My name is Garson Woodard. I'm a wife to Matt. He is the most incredible husband a girl could ask for. We met in Kindergarten at Cedar Creek (the school we attended for 13 years). Matt and I started dating our Jr. year in high school and dated for 6 years. We got married on June 26, 2004. I am so thankful that God brought us together! I am a mother to Trigger, Campbell, and Larkin. We worked hard to have all of them. After 2 miscarriages, two years after trying to get pregnant, a 2 week hospital stay, and a short (didn't seem short at the time) NICU stay, we brought home our first precious miracle: Trigger! He was born on July 29, 2008. Trigger's completely spoiled rotten! He is full of personality and definitely shows some of the same tenacity that his namesake had!

With our second child, Campbell, we made it to 38 weeks. He was born on June 3, 2010. He still had to stay in the NICU for 5 days for breathing issues. Campbell is absolutely precious..shy but such a little clown. I can't wait to watch our two boys which are 22 months apart) grow up together. I know they are going to fight constantly but be BEST of friends at the same time!

I just thought my boys were our miracles...and they are...but, at the end of May 2011, Matt and I found out that we were expecting the biggest surprise of our life. We were having baby #3 after being told we could never get pregnant on our own. AND, to add to the excitement, we were having a GIRL. After dealing with my medical issues, a two vessel cord, and IUGR, Larkin was born on January 6, 2012. She came here ruling the roost and I am sure that is not going to change anytime soon.

After what seemed like forever thinking that I would not have any children, God has blessed me with three beautiful babies all within 3.5 years.

After having Campbell, Matt and I decided I would become a stay-at-home mom. In alot of ways it is more difficult than teaching because I am with OUR children all day...and OUR children don't seem to listen like my students would. HOW DOES THAT WORK? Haha! Seriously though, it is the BEST job in the world and I feel very blessed to be able to be home to witness each and every minute of our boys' lives!

I started this blog when we found out we were pregnant with Trigger and have continued to document our crazy lives with a toddler and a baby since I don't have time to scrapbook anymore. Thanks for stopping by and I hope you visit again!
