Playing with my camera AND a little news

First, lets start with the news…NO, I’m not pregnant…whew, heck no…I’m pretty sure I’d cry.  Anyway, some of you will probably roll you eyes at this and shake your head at what a horrible parent I (we) are.  However, let’s not judge.  We took Trigger’s paci away last Easter..or actually, the Easter bunny took it away.  Well, after a month and a half…I KID YOU NOT…of little sleeping, we caved and gave it back.  I think we gave it back right after finding out that we were pregnant with Larkin…or maybe Campbell was just not sleeping…I can’t remember but Matt and I just felt like someone had to have some relief…and we also knew that he wouldn’t graduate from high school with it.  SO, we caved and gave them back.  Well, here lately, we had been talking about giving it up again.  I’m not sure why this is a spring time/TAX SEASON pattern…maybe it’s matt’s doings so that I deal with it.  HAHA!  Anyway, one morning we were rushing out the door.  Matt put Trigger’s pacis up somewhere because our cleaning lady was coming and would be changing trigger’s sheets.  I did not know that Matt had done that.  When we got home from zizzy’s house, I put the boys in bed and I couldn’t find Trigger’s pacis…I really didn’t look that hard because I knew where extras where.  Anyway, I told him that his pacis were gone and I didn’t know where they were.  He said “guess the bunny came” like he didn’t really care.  I thought “great…we can finally get rid of them”.   He did not take a nap.  That night, Matt put him in bed and said “Trigger, where are your pacis”  Trigger said “theyre gone”.  Matt said “well, do you need them” Trigger replied “NO I DO NOT”.  SO, we haven’t had them since March 28, 2012.  He has only cried once.  Has he been sleeping?  Nope…not really.  He did great the first few times but now he gets out of bed a million times…he roams the house, getting into things in the wee hours of the morning.  He usually doesn’t go to sleep until between 9 and 10 and he’s used to going to sleep around 815.  AND, he is waking in the wee hours of the morning…we really aren’t sure how early because he’s so quiet.  He does go all through the house though.   This morning, he had been to Larkin’s bathroom and gotten a bandaid to put on his thumb, to the kitchen to get a leftover biscuit to eat, to Larkin’s room and pulled out every book that was in her closet and read them in her chair (while eating his biscuit…I know this because he left crumbs everywhere in the chair), and to the playroom to play (and he so graciously closed the playroom doors so he wouldn’t disturb us).  He was a busy boy way before we were even awake!!!  Normally I wouldn’t have a problem with this BUT he’s exhausted.  His eyes are red…he’s having lots and lots of meltdowns!  Naptimes are miserable…I’m constantly walking him back to his room and he’s turning on his lights and waking campbell...oh and we did catch him reading books with all his lights on one night during the middle of the night.  So, since it’s tax season and Matt is working until 2AM pretty much every night, Campbell is the ONLY one that is well rested around here!!!  Yay for my punkin eater!!!!

Anyway, that’s not really where I was orignally going with this post.  However, I wanted to remember this time because I’m pretty sure in a few short years, I will be dragging him out of the bed and yelling at him for being lazy and sleeping all the time..HAHA!

Once again, the other day, I played with my camera.  I sure LOVE taking pictures…not great at it but I love taking them anyway!  Here are a few from one of my last photo shoots!
