Christmas Eve

On Christmas eve at lunch, we go to my parents' house to open presents and eat. Then, at supper we go to Matt's parents' house! Hope you enjoy the pictures!!!!

Trigger had a great first Christmas. This slide show shows him at Mt. Mariah (Matt's Parent's church) and us at my Meme and Papaw's house. We celebrated Christmas for three days and had a blast. Trigger's favorite this was the paper and ribbons!!! But, he received many wonderful gifts!!! Thank you to everyone!!!!!

Izzy's Birthday

NEW TOOTH!

We have exciting news...after many, many long crying evenings/nights, Trigger has his FIRST TOOTH!!!! It was very exciting to wake up to see that tooth!!!

Thanksgiving

We had a great Thanksgiving. We traveled to Matt's parents, my parents, and my grandparents! At my grandparents, there were 3 new great grandsons: Trigger (4 months) , Brannon (2 months), and Josiah (3 weeks).
Thanksgiving break sure was nice but I had something planned for each day so it was NOT restful.

The Woodards

My name is Garson Woodard. I'm a wife to Matt. He is the most incredible husband a girl could ask for. We met in Kindergarten at Cedar Creek (the school we attended for 13 years). Matt and I started dating our Jr. year in high school and dated for 6 years. We got married on June 26, 2004. I am so thankful that God brought us together! I am a mother to Trigger, Campbell, and Larkin. We worked hard to have all of them. After 2 miscarriages, two years after trying to get pregnant, a 2 week hospital stay, and a short (didn't seem short at the time) NICU stay, we brought home our first precious miracle: Trigger! He was born on July 29, 2008. Trigger's completely spoiled rotten! He is full of personality and definitely shows some of the same tenacity that his namesake had!

With our second child, Campbell, we made it to 38 weeks. He was born on June 3, 2010. He still had to stay in the NICU for 5 days for breathing issues. Campbell is absolutely precious..shy but such a little clown. I can't wait to watch our two boys which are 22 months apart) grow up together. I know they are going to fight constantly but be BEST of friends at the same time!

I just thought my boys were our miracles...and they are...but, at the end of May 2011, Matt and I found out that we were expecting the biggest surprise of our life. We were having baby #3 after being told we could never get pregnant on our own. AND, to add to the excitement, we were having a GIRL. After dealing with my medical issues, a two vessel cord, and IUGR, Larkin was born on January 6, 2012. She came here ruling the roost and I am sure that is not going to change anytime soon.

After what seemed like forever thinking that I would not have any children, God has blessed me with three beautiful babies all within 3.5 years.

After having Campbell, Matt and I decided I would become a stay-at-home mom. In alot of ways it is more difficult than teaching because I am with OUR children all day...and OUR children don't seem to listen like my students would. HOW DOES THAT WORK? Haha! Seriously though, it is the BEST job in the world and I feel very blessed to be able to be home to witness each and every minute of our boys' lives!

I started this blog when we found out we were pregnant with Trigger and have continued to document our crazy lives with a toddler and a baby since I don't have time to scrapbook anymore. Thanks for stopping by and I hope you visit again!
