Little Campbell

Where do I begin? You are such a little joy!!! I really don’t have the time tonight to do a whole post like I would like to but I want to write down some of the things I want to remember about you at this age.

- You love to eat anything unhealthy. You are certainly NOT a good eater like your brother. You LOVEmac and cheese, icees, candy corn, anything sweet, and french fries. The only good thing that you like to eat is fruit….and you LOVE fruit!!! Vegetables, on the other hand, you do NOT LIKE! We are working on it!

- You now love hats!

- You have learned the word “no, no, no” and say it while shaking your head! LOVE that! ;)

- You still love your two fingers and to play with my hair. We still sing “I have decided (to follow Jesus)” before I put you down to sleep…it’s most definitely your FAVORITE!- You have learned to give daps and will go back and forth between me and daddy to give us one…

- You still LOVE balls.

- You aren’t the most forgiving little boy. If we do something to make you made, you have nothing to do with us! We must work on that!!!! ;)- You are a HUGE snuggler…I’m pretty sure you would love for me to walk around and hold you ALL day long and you would curl up on me with your fingers in your mouth and play with my hair. I have to say that I LOVE it 99% of the time.- You dimples seem more prominent here lately. You still don’t smile as much as trigger…you are way more serious…but when you do, your dimples are so precious….just like your brothers!

- You have gotten a lot more independent…you don’t want me to brush your teeth because you would rather do it yourself. And, if you don’t get your way, you throw a major fit!

- Last week, you had to stand in the corner for the first time…I don’t think you really cared though! You have started to push us away and try to pinch when we take something away from you or make you mad.

Oh how much I love this little boy!!!! He is certainly a charmer!!!

I know I havent done an official post on Campbell in awhile. I will have to get out his stats and do a post soon!

Matthew’s Birthday

Matt’s birthday was on September 13th. This also happened to be right after the ER visit with Trigger…but right before the stitches incident! ;) Soooo…my poor husband did NOT get the royal birthday treatment. Thankfully, I had already bought his birthday present (new Polos) a few weeks before AND I had bought his cards ahead of time too. SO glad because we did not go anywhere besides green clinic or NLMC that week!

Don’t you love the Cars gift bag…..that was one thing that I had NOT purchased ahead of time. oops! Also, please note our lovely nebulizer in the background. So glad we aren’t doing those right now!

So, even though there was NO special meal…no special dessert…it was a good day…or at least I think he thought so!

The Woodards

My name is Garson Woodard. I'm a wife to Matt. He is the most incredible husband a girl could ask for. We met in Kindergarten at Cedar Creek (the school we attended for 13 years). Matt and I started dating our Jr. year in high school and dated for 6 years. We got married on June 26, 2004. I am so thankful that God brought us together! I am a mother to Trigger, Campbell, and Larkin. We worked hard to have all of them. After 2 miscarriages, two years after trying to get pregnant, a 2 week hospital stay, and a short (didn't seem short at the time) NICU stay, we brought home our first precious miracle: Trigger! He was born on July 29, 2008. Trigger's completely spoiled rotten! He is full of personality and definitely shows some of the same tenacity that his namesake had!

With our second child, Campbell, we made it to 38 weeks. He was born on June 3, 2010. He still had to stay in the NICU for 5 days for breathing issues. Campbell is absolutely precious..shy but such a little clown. I can't wait to watch our two boys which are 22 months apart) grow up together. I know they are going to fight constantly but be BEST of friends at the same time!

I just thought my boys were our miracles...and they are...but, at the end of May 2011, Matt and I found out that we were expecting the biggest surprise of our life. We were having baby #3 after being told we could never get pregnant on our own. AND, to add to the excitement, we were having a GIRL. After dealing with my medical issues, a two vessel cord, and IUGR, Larkin was born on January 6, 2012. She came here ruling the roost and I am sure that is not going to change anytime soon.

After what seemed like forever thinking that I would not have any children, God has blessed me with three beautiful babies all within 3.5 years.

After having Campbell, Matt and I decided I would become a stay-at-home mom. In alot of ways it is more difficult than teaching because I am with OUR children all day...and OUR children don't seem to listen like my students would. HOW DOES THAT WORK? Haha! Seriously though, it is the BEST job in the world and I feel very blessed to be able to be home to witness each and every minute of our boys' lives!

I started this blog when we found out we were pregnant with Trigger and have continued to document our crazy lives with a toddler and a baby since I don't have time to scrapbook anymore. Thanks for stopping by and I hope you visit again!
